Applications: The Gabion baskets are rectangular woven wire mesh baskets of varying sizes. Typically, the lengths are 2m or 4m and the heights are either 0.5m or 1m. The traditional use of gabion baskets was that when rock-filled, they could be designed to act as a monolithic mass for retaining wall construction that was quite flexible in nature, was free-draining, and was quite suited to remote construction areas.Gabion baskets can be used in a variety of retaining wall structures. They are available in a number of different sizes to suit the many different wall sizes. It may be used for gravity retaining walls, reinforced soil retaining walls, and low-height landscaping walls.
