What materials do you use to manufacture wire mesh?
We use high-grade stainless steel in SS 304, SS 304L, SS 316, and SS 316L grades. The choice of grade depends on your application — SS 304 is ideal for general industrial use, while SS 316 and 316L offer superior corrosion resistance for chemical, pharmaceutical, and harsh environment applications.
What is the difference between SS 304 and SS 316 wire mesh?
SS 304 contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel, making it suitable for most standard industrial applications. SS 316 additionally contains 2–3% molybdenum, which significantly improves its resistance to corrosion, chemicals, and saltwater environments. For aggressive or chemical-heavy applications, SS 316 is the recommended choice.
Can you manufacture wire mesh and filters as per our drawings or samples?

What weave types are available in stainless steel wire mesh?
We offer three standard weave types — Plain Weave, Twill Weave, and Dutch Weave. Each weave has different filtration and flow characteristics. Plain weave is the most common for general filtration, Dutch weave provides finer filtration with higher strength, and Twill weave is used for heavier wire diameters.
What are extruder screen packs and when are they used?
Extruder screen packs are multi-layer wire mesh filtration discs installed in plastic and polymer extrusion machines. They filter out contaminants and impurities from molten plastic before it exits the extruder, ensuring cleaner output, better surface finish, and longer equipment life.
